The Shadow Simplex Score is an analytical tool to support informed decision-making; it is not a guarantee of AI system safety, regulatory compliance, or fitness for deployment. The scoring engine is under active validation: as of the date above, outputs reflect a geometric prior under proxy testing and are not a fully calibrated, incident-validated risk score. Results reflect conditions at the time of assessment.

References to regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, SEC rules, HIPAA, DORA, ISO/IEC standards) are descriptive summaries for context only and do not constitute legal interpretation or compliance certification.
The Shadow Simplex framework, the SSS methodology, the capability normalizer C(κ), modal register stratification, the meta-condition veto layer, compositional-period decomposition, the alignment-edge exclusion principle, and associated content are the proprietary intellectual property of Timothy Poschel and/or Unisapience LLC. The methodology and structural embodiments are the subject of US Provisional Patent Application Nos. 64/066,231 (SSPLX-001-PROV, filed May 15, 2026), 64/075,009 (SSPLX-002-PROV, filed May 26, 2026), and 64/077,286 (SSPLX-003-PROV, filed May 28, 2026). Patent pending. The SREL specification is released under CC0 with reference implementations under Apache 2.0; see srel.net. Publication of any pre-print grants no license to practice, implement, or commercialize the scoring methodology.
API documentation and endpoint specifications describe services under development or in preview. The hosted scoring API is not generally available; described packages and providers may not yet exist. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Actual access is governed by terms agreed at the time of access.
