The Shadow Simplex scoring methodology and associated structural embodiments are the subject of US Provisional Patent Application No. 64/066,231 (Attorney Docket SSPLX-001-PROV), filed May 15, 2026, and US Provisional Patent Application SSPLX-002-PROV, both by the inventor. These applications cover the n-simplex risk-decomposition framework, the shadow simplex construction, the seven-factor defeasibility-weighted SSS, the multiplicative product-form aggregation with shadow-distance penalty, the capability normalizer, the modal register stratification, the compositional periodicity with alignment-edge exclusion, the transcendental meta-condition veto layer, and the integration architectures described herein.
