The Shadow Simplex scoring methodology and associated structural embodiments are the subject of US Provisional Patent Application No. 64/066,231 (Attorney Docket SSPLX-001-PROV), filed May 15, 2026, and US Provisional Patent Application SSPLX-002-PROV, both by the inventor. These applications cover the n-simplex risk-decomposition framework, the shadow simplex construction, the seven-factor defeasibility-weighted SSS, the multiplicative product-form aggregation with shadow-distance penalty, the capability normalizer, the modal register stratification, the compositional periodicity with alignment-edge exclusion, the transcendental meta-condition veto layer, and the integration architectures described herein. Patent pending.

The Shadow Simplex Framework pre-print is made available for academic and research purposes under the terms stated in the publication itself. Publication of the pre-print does not grant any license to practice, implement, or commercialize the SSS scoring methodology, dimensional weights, or diagnostic protocols described in any of the foregoing materials or patent applications.

Open-source resources published through Unisapience Labs are governed by the license terms stated in each individual repository (Apache 2.0 or Creative Commons as indicated).
